The Workshops are organized for professional artists (beginners or experienced), aspiring artists. Objectives: to propose to performers (experienced or beginners) moments for meeting and exchange during which the trainer shares his passion and presents a personal approach of the work.
Installed in previous ice-houses of Saint-Gilles since 1995, Espace Catastrophe is a place devoted to young creation in Circus Arts, Street Arts and Clown Arts.

The Espace Catastrophe offers collective and individual practices, anyone can either work on his own or be guided by circus pedagogues (during working hours, evenings, or training courses).

The Intensive Trainings are organized only for professional artists. Objectives: to propose to professional artists opportunities for specialized trainings, discovering new techniques, new ways of expression and new pedagogical approaches. Work around the specific technique(s) and around a well known trainer.
The Research Workshops are organized only for professional artists. Objectives: around work propositions done by the invited trainer, the Research Workshops are moments for meeting and exchange for artists who want to develop their personal work.

Espace Catastrophe offers workspace, rooms for practice, creation studios and promotion for artists, Belgian as foreign. It gives professional development opportunities, supports the creation of new projects, organises many festivals as promotion of young creations, offers a series of services linked to artistic practice.
